Annual Report. The Doha office of Ogilvy tasked me with writing the 2017 annual report for Qatar Tourism Authority (which has since been renamed the National Tourism Council). The blockade of Qatar by the GCC and other countries meant that 2017 was a year of tumult for Qatar—especially for its tourism industry, which had to build relationships with new markets and completely reimagine its offerings after losing access to its primary source of visitors. My goal with this report was to capture the change, the action, and the optimism that sprang from this crisis.
